The text reads: ‘To the glory of God, and in affectionate remembrance of William Harrison, formerly a Churchwarden and Choirman of this Church, and Superintendent of the Boy's Sunday School. Who died Jan 2 1890, this East End was decorated at the cost of Friends who esteemed his Character and desired to perpetuate his Name.’
