BROUGHAM PLACE CHURCH |
|||||||||||||||||
Opened in 1861, Brougham Place Uniting Church with its stately tower is a prominent landmark. The interior is a large and restful sanctuary with a beautiful stained glass window at the back, and a pipe organ at the front. The sides feature a variety of stained glass. Out the back is a portrait of the first minister, James Jefferis, whose name was given to the adjacent back hall. A blue plaque gives further information about the hall. |
