The Cathedral Hotel dates from 1850. It lies close to St Peter’s Cathedral. The hotel has stained glass windows, including a fancy window featuring the Cathedral. There is also a nice skylight in the dining room. A modern sign conveys the Cathedral theme in a pleasing way. Prior to 1930 it was known as the Scotch Thistle Hotel. |
