Conclusion

CONCLUSION GA

This is another incredible Abbey! I hope you have enjoyed visiting it with me.

As mentioned in the Index, there are two main contributors of photographs to this site, but photographs from many others as well, and I am grateful to you all for allowing me to use your photographs here. Initials at the beginning of each section indicate who supplied the photograph. Examples are GA for ‘Glass Angel’, and J&J for ‘Jules and Jenny’ who have supplied the superb window photographs. I mention here also Wendy Harris (WH) and Rex Harris (RH). Locations of their photos are given below. Another set of initials which appears is GSV standing for Google Street View. Google maps in the Street View setting gives a valuable walk-through of the Abbey. Each GSV view is a single image taken from a panoramic view from this walk-through.

I take little credit for the text which comes from a variety of different sources. Major sources have been Wikipedia, the J&J Flickr site (below), and the web pages for the Abbey itself. The Abbey website has link:

I also express my thanks to my wife Margie who dutifully reads through all my websites and checks the typing.

I would be glad to receive any comments, criticisms or corrections to this site. The best websites are those which contain no errors!
