This gracious house was built in the 1870s on land purchased in 1866 by clerk William Carvosso and timber mercahnt William King. It has beautiful iron lace work, a welcoming front entry and a pleasing tiled front path. Unusually, it has two blue plaques, of which the first is less informative!
