Andrew and Arthur were twins. In the 1891census he was 23 living at home working as a commercial clerk. In the 1901 census he was 33 still at home working as a cashier. He never married and died as a retired hardware merchant aged 87 still living at the family home in Danes Drive.
The cause of death was toxemia from burns to back, bedsores. Certified by Wm A. Crosbie MB. Informant Arthur Watson his twin brother.
