Karen is married to Simon Vanlint and lives in Parafield Gardens. Simon is a practising GP. Karen has always been interested in music and crafts, and pioneered a theology course for students having English as a second language. They have a strong interest in reaching out to help migrants in the area.
Karen and Simon have two sons:
Andrew, married to Ann (Lee), is a qualified doctor. They have two daughters: Charlotte (Lottie) and Emma.
Stuart, married to Trinh (Tran), is a whiz at computers and works for a computer firm. They have two daughters: (Little) Audrey and Daisy.
We might also mention Sophie and Leila, the canine members of the family!
