William's first wife was Emma SEERS. William was firstly an agricultural labourer and in 1883 became game keeper at Windsor Cstle. William died prior to 1914, and is interred at Ruislip, Middlesex. The children of William and Emma were: Frederick, Annie, Ada Emma, Amy (Birdie), Mark(?) in some order with Ada Emma the fourth. After Emma's death from appendicitis, William married a widow, Mary Ann BOON, with four children. They had one daughter, Margaret (LAVENDER), born at Clivedon, Bucks. on October 9th 1874. Margaret's daughter Doris Rosa married Walter SALISBURY, and they had a daughter Betty.
